Application
The plug valve is a valve that uses a plug body with a through hole as a starting and closing member. The plug body rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. It is also commonly used for media with suspended particles due to the wiping action between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve and the complete contact with the flowing medium during full opening.
In order to expand the range of application of the plug valve, many new structures have been developed. Oil lubricated plug valves are the most important. Special grease is injected from the top of the plug body between the cone hole of the valve body and the plug body to form an oil film to reduce the opening and closing torque and improve the sealing performance and service life. It has a working pressure of up to 64 MPa, a maximum operating temperature of 325 ° C and a maximum diameter of 600 mm.
Feature
1. According to the use temperature and working medium, self-lubricating material bushings such as F4, F46, PVDF, PP, PO, PE, etc. can be used for lubrication. The sealing friction coefficient is small during the whole working process, the plug body is flexible, and the service life is long.
2. Suitable for high flushing gas-solids. Liquid solid phase medium. Such as PVC, urea, acetic anhydride, caustic soda production equipment, or external leakage requires high medium, such as HF, phosgene and so on.
3. The medium can flow in both directions, the installation direction is not limited, online maintenance is realized, and the use is more convenient.
